We accept all DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS , please give full number, expiry date, security number and issue number where applicable.
Please be aware that our system does not take payment as soon as you place an order; we process it when the order is ready for despatch.
If you wish to pay by cheque/postal order/stamps, made out to
HOP & GRAPE and sent to HOP & GRAPE, 117 NORTH RD, DARLINGTON DL1 2PS, please indicate this in the payment box & we will despatch your order on receipt of payment.
GLASSWARE is sent at customers own risk.
For more effective packaging, we may alter the kit manufacturers boxes,
if you would wish us not to do this, ( eg. if you wanted to give as a gift ) just ask.

DESPATCH of ORDERS
We normally take 2-3 days (working days, Monday-Friday) to despatch orders but may be 4-5 days at busy times. If you have a deadline or a specific date/day you need the order on or by please let us know and we will do our utmost to comply but if we can't we will contact you. If we know there will be an extra delay for some reason we will be in touch.
CARRIAGE
Standard carriage is £4.70 per order (Mainland England, Wales, Lowlands Scotland, some Highlands).
OTHER REGIONS:-
Post Codes IV; KA; KW; PH; PA; ZE & HS:- £10.00 per parcel ** up to 28kg.
Post Codes BT; IM; Isles of Scilly:- £10.00 per parcel** up to 28kg.
CHANNEL ISLANDS (orders sent minus V.A.T.) £15.00 per parcel** up to 28kg.
REP. of IRELAND £18.95 per parcel** up to 28kg.
We will advise if the order is more than one parcel before proceeding.
For any lightweight orders, low-value (under £40)
Standard carriage areas:- under 1kg, post & packing will be charged at cost.
Please select the standard U.K. postage.
Any other areas:- we will charge p & p at cost.
We will adjust the invoice total on despatch.
Our minimum charge is £1.
IMMEDIATE DESPATCH - NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.
Any orders selected as 24 hour @ an extra cost of £2.00 will be despatched that day. Orders to be place before 11am. Please supply a contactable 'phone number in case we have any problems.
Lightweight charges do not apply to 24hr. despatch.
24 hour service applies to weekdays only. Any 24hr order places after 11.00am Thursday will be despatched Friday to arrive Monday. Any after 11.00am Friday will be despatched Monday to arrive Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery but there is an extra £10.00 charge.
We can do immediate despatch to any other areas but the delivery times are usually longer; i.e. to the Highlands of Scotland it is a 2-3 day service.
On Bank Holiday weekends orders take an extra day.
SATURDAY DELIVERY.
Saturday delivery is available for any England, Wales, Lowlands of Scotland orders, for a charge of £15.00 per parcel.
Please ask for Saturday delivery in the delivery options box on 'Customer info.' page. We will notify you if it is more than one parcel and adjust the cost at this end.
