Returns are accepted as per your consumer rights, shipping cost however cannot be refunded and customers will be liable for the return postage. Upon receiving the returned items we will refund the cost of the items in the order (provided they are received in saleable condition). Please ensure all returned items are adequately pacakged as we are unable to issue refunds for any goods that have been damaged in transit.

If goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will replace the goods free of charge, including postage, or give you a full refund of the item(s) if preferred. For damaged items, ideally we require a photo for proof of damages.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after it is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us at your own expense. We will then refund the cost of the items in the order (provided they are received in saleable condition), but will not be able to refund the shipping costs. We are unable to issue refunds for any goods that have been damaged.
